Is that your Fujifilm X-S1 camera or are you just happy to see me? The X-S1 bridge camera is now official, with Fujifilm announcing a whopping 26x superzoom Fujinon f/2.8-5.6 lens. That's a wide angle 24-624mm lens (at 35mm equivalent) for those keeping track. The lens is not interchangeable, but as expected the X-S1 is loaded with DSLR-like features.
First off, the design itself screams SLR, complete with metal external dials and a rubberized exterior grip. The back features a 0.47 inch electronic viewfinder with 1.44 million pixels and a 3 inch, 460k pixel tiltable LCD display. With 17 glass elements, the Fujinon lens even has a macro mode that takes photos as close as 0.4 inches away.
